UFC will bring us another spectacular event – the UFC 117 which will feature Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen in the main event for the middleweight title. Watch UFC 117 live stream free as it take place at Oracle Arena, Oakland, California and will be available via ppv on Saturday, August 7th, 10 pm ET/7 pm PT.
Silva is a dominating force in the 185-division and has been dominating the weight class since 2006. Silva will be on his first fight since winning against Demain Maia at UFC 112 back in 2006. Sonnen meanwhile is a very determined fighter who is always ready to take on great challenges and as he entered this fight he will try to stop Silva’s dominance. Sonnen is coming off an impressive victories against Dan Miller, Yushin Okami and Nate Marquardt which earned him a title shot.
In the co-feature event, welterweight contenders Jon Fitch and Thiago “Pitbull” Alves square off in their long-awaited rematch, and welterweight legend Matt Hughes takes on jiu-jitsu wizard Ricardo “Big Dog” Almeida.
